Using the Radio Identification Technology in Order to Improve Paying Bills

Today, the technology of identification through radio frequencies (RFID) has faced increasing acceptance and use in the people’s affairs. In the information and technology era and in this competitive market, all of the organizations are continuously intended to use the new technologies and tools in order to save and keep the customers and providing the best services for them. In this regard, RFID is from the technologies which has significantly helped the organizations and factories in the recent two decades. At the beginning of this paper, we express the history of RFID and the way of its function and the components of the identification systems through radio frequencies (RFID tags, antenna, information reader devices, softwares and databases) and with the investigation of all types of frequency bands of RFID and the sample of use in each band, we refer to EPC as the standardized electrical code and propose the different classes of RFID; then, we investigate the advantages and limitations of RFID and introduce a new function of RFID as a modern development in paying bills and decrease in the waiting time and standing of the customers in the queues and then we will compare the bills equipped with this technology and the usual bills.
