چکیده مقاله
In recent years UV photo detectors have received much attention for their vast applications in civil and military industries. These detectors are applicable in solar ultraviolet radiation measurement devices, missile detection in the early stages of launching, astronomy, and space research as well as environmental and biological ones. UV detectors are most commonly made of inorganic semiconductors with wide band gap, which is such a costly and complex process that is not suitable for large-scale usage. Because of their manageability, the width of their energy gap in and their wide applications in optoelectronic devices, it is advisable to use semiconductor nano-crystals as a good alternative to overcome the limitations of previous methods and improve on the previous detectors. In this article to detect UV, nano TiO2 crystals were prepared by the sol-gel method and were reannealed at two different temperatures. To analyze samples XRD machine, SEM and I-V test were used. According to the results, the fabricated samples showed good sensitivity to UV radiation range in such a way that as annealing temperature increased the sensitivity increased too.
