Today, achieving a sustainable competitive advantage is achieved if companies take steps toward knowledge creation . Better and more effective as well as organized and managed use of corporate knowledge create significant economic, social and cultural progress in the organizations. But on the other hand unsuccessful knowledge management may impose enormous cost to the organization . Therefore, understanding the factors contributing to the successful knowledge management can help to better management.
