Nowadays, survival of the organizations in the current knowledge society requires knowledge creation in all organizational processes. Information and knowledge development has been very fast and exponential in recent years, and from this perspective, the current era has called the explosion of information. Unlike new products, knowledge can have a lasting advantage. Disadvantages due to the lack of attention to sustainable knowledge, leads to a lack of profitability and cannot continue in certain ways. Meanwhile, the most important means and social capital for achieving development are human capital, and it is clear that the failure to place these huge and potential capital in the general direction of the targeted flow of knowledge-based development to become the productive forces of knowledge in the knowledge-based system of society depends on With the emergence and continuation of KM, today, along with the training and development of human resources, organizations can take advantage of the knowledge management capacities, especially the knowledge sharing process, not only to improve the level of information, knowledge Skills and experience of employees but also In order to increase competitive ability and research, organizational goals will be used. In fact, the lack and use of this capacity will result in a failure to achieve organizational goals. An organization needs to use sophisticated human resources to grow, survive, and achieve ultimate missions that announce its existence in a competitive environment, whose proper layout, coupled with primary resources, is leveraged to achieve its predicted goals.
The present paper aims to investigate the role of knowledge management in human resource management strategy in the Oshanak chain stores Co. According to the model, which was done in a sample of 132 employees of the Oshanak chain stores Co, there is a meaningful relationship between knowledge management and human resources strategies in the Oshanak chain stores Co. Also, due to the results of correlation coefficient and one-way variance, there was a significant relationship between socialization and human resources strategies in the Oshanak chain stores Co. There is also a significant relationship between knowledge extrapolation and human resource strategies. There is also a significant relationship between knowledge combining and human resources strategies. Finally, there was a significant relationship between knowledge internalization and human resources strategies in the Oshanak chain stores Co.
