Historical, structural and pathological surveys and repair of motahari mosque architectural s decorative elements

In this article different historical, structural, and pathological aspects of Sepah- Salar mosque’s and School’s stony plinths have been presented . Structural and Non-structural adornments in this mosque have been observed and defined in a detailed process . Results have shown that the main used materials in this building are bricks which are slightly applied for adorning, but for tile work for most part. In hibernal bedchamber, the plaster adornments were calligraphically in forms of Eslimi and epigraphs which all of them were designed and built by Master Hossein Lorzadeh. Before that time, the arch of this bed chamber has a simple plaster façade with more narrow pillars. Wooden adornments like other ones were skillfully made. Rooms’ doors and their glassy parts have pleat knot which hide multi- color layer of wooden adornments’ delicacy
