The Mediating Role of Psychological Empowerment between Transformational Leadership and Employee Work Attitudes in Agriculture Bank of Tehran

چکیده مقاله

Instability and complexity may be too low and predictable environment on the impact of emerging leadership. In an unstable environment, a new style of management which enables the development of intangible assets and capabilities to enable dynamic activity, it is important. The purpose of this study to determine the impact of servant leadership commentary on the attitudes of employees (satisfaction and employee commitment) with the mediating role of psychological empowerment branches of the Agricultural Bank in Tehran. This study is an applied research perspective. The Agricultural Bank is to fix the problem. This research method is a questionnaire survey and data collection tool is a questionnaire. Because in order to assess the opinions of the personnel branch of the Agricultural Bank of Tehran, through questionnaires to collect data. Also according to the study sought to assess the impact, the study predicted. The study also in terms of field data collection and questionnaire tool. The population of this research includes all employees and heads of branches of the Agricultural Bank Tehran total of 1987 people. Morgan studied samples will be used to select the desired sample number of 321 students achieved 95% reliability. In this study, random sampling method is available. The results showed that servant leadership theories and its dimensions, personal satisfaction with the mediating role of psychological empowerment in Tehran branch of the Agricultural Bank predicts. And the dimensions of servant leadership, employee engagement with the mediating role of psychological empowerment in Tehran branch of the Agricultural Bank predicts.
