چکیده مقاله
This research aims to study is the effect of organizational innovation on competitive position improvement in banking industry. In terms of purpose, this is an "applied" research. Due to the nature of the research, the method used in this research is "descriptive survey" and its information is definite. The population of the research includes the staff of private banks in Zahedan city which are equal to 228. 140 people were selected as sample Using the krejcie and Morgan table (1970) and cluster sampling.
